When it comes to landscape lighting, nothing beats learning on the job. That’s why our HLS team kicked off a series of hands-on training days. No sales talk, no PowerPoints. It’s just real work in the field.
The first stop was Jacksonville, Florida, where Nicole Mosteiro from Heritage opened her own home as the installation site. Contractors, vendors, and Heritage employees worked together through layout, wiring, product placement, and app control. Everyone broke into small groups, installed the fixtures, and learned how to troubleshoot live on-site.
