OUR HISTORY
Heritage Pool Supply Group has grown to become one of the largest and fastest growing pool supply distributors in the United States. Since its inception in 2021, Heritage Pool Supply Group has established a differentiated growth strategy and entrepreneurial culture that is focused on serving customers, partnering with suppliers, and attracting the industry’s best talent.
August 2024
Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Nucci Brothers Pool Supplies, adding a leading distributor of pool and spa products in the Northeast. Based in Islandia, NY, the company also operates an additional location in Bridgeport, CT.
February 2024
Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Custom Distribution Inc. (CDI), a one branch distributor in Minnesota.
December 2023
Heritage Pool Supply Group announces a new strategic partnership with Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.
November 2022
Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Recreonics, adding a leading distributor of institutional and commercial pool supplies located in Louisville, Kentucky.
September 2022
Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Pool Builders Supply, adding nine new branches across the Southeast region along with Sun Country Distributors, adding two branches in Colorado and Nebraska

Heritage Pool Supply Group launches Texas Pool Supply, a new brand covering the entire state of Texas.

Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires AquaCentral, EMSCO, Hachik Supply, and Cinderella. The combined company becomes the #2 largest pool distributor in the United States

Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Quality Pool Supply and Pool Contractors Supply, adding ten branches to the growing Heritage family. Heritage Cares is founded as a part of the broader SRS Raise the Roof foundation
August 2021
Heritage Pool Supply Group acquires Aqua-Gon, a four branch distributor of pool supplies across the Midwest and officially launches Heritage Pool Supply Group as a sister platform to Heritage Landscape
April 2021
Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquires Davis Supply, a three branch distributor of landscape and pool supplies in Oklahoma which launches Heritage into the pool distribution space.
